Returns & Refund Policy

  • At Comfortis, we ensure the Quality of the mattress Before it is being shipped. But still, if the product is damaged then the customer can mail us or contact us on +91 91304 74767.
  • After receiving your mail for the return, we will contact you for the reason. Customer needs to send their bank account details on mail so we can refund the amount.
  • Products shipped out of India are not accepted for returns.
  • The product should be in purchased condition (i.e. no tears, no stains or stinking odor).
  • Original bill of purchase required at the time of returns.
  • The refund will be on the same bank account which was used for purchasing the product by using the same mode for the transaction. The amount will be refunded within 10 working days.
  • If the customer wants the refund money on other bank accounts then they need to send bank details on +91 91304 74767

Payment policy

  • We accept the payment through all types of credit cards & debit cards.
  • Customers can also pay us through Net banking.
  • EMI of 3 months is offered on credit cards only, if purchase is above 10,000 rupees.
